Hello!
I work with adults while utilizing talk therapy to provide a space where you can freely explore life's intermittent chaos, relationship struggles, and when life feels generally overloaded. You are the expert of your experience, so my role will be to support you through navigating life when it feels a bit messy. In the therapy space you can expect non judgmental support. I may provide a different perspective, noting patterns or themes that may be reoccurring for you, while also offering actionable tools to create sustainable change. I prioritize providing neurodiversity-affirming, and identity-safe, care.
In session, I use a CBT framework. Diagnoses and topics I commonly work with include but are not limited to anxiety, depression, mood disorders, OCD symptoms, Bipolar Disorder, PTSD, family conflict, as well as life transitions.
I am happy to provide a 15 minute consultation by phone to help you determine that we feel like a therapeutic fit. I look forward to meeting with you!
Sessions are provided via telehealth through therapyappointment.com. I am happily your billing, scheduling, and therapy point person. Please note, I do not use AI transcribing for note taking during session.

United Behavioral Health, Blue Cross Blue Shield, self pay.
Upon request, I will provide an insurance compliant receipt for clients with out-of-network benefits. Client is responsible for submission to insurance.
HOURS OF OPERATION:
Monday through Thursday 8am-7pm
I am not available for crisis response or as an emergency service. If you are in crisis please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
