Welcome!
Life can certainly feel like a hurricane, and it can be feel helpful to have an unbiased, neutral person on your team to help navigate. I use a CBT framework focusing on our learned thought/behavior habits, challenging our inner narrative, and tuning into our most authentic selves. I find it can also be helpful to incorporate a bit or neuroscience to help explain the "why behind the what" when it comes to our experience and mental health. We have a lot of control over how we want to construct our lives, and I am happy to help you feel empowered to do so.
I have been in private practice for 5 years, and in the social work field since 2011. Diagnoses I commonly work with include, but are not limited to, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, LGBTQ issues, adjustment disorders, PTSD, and health behavior/lifestyle changes.
Sessions are provided via telehealth through therapyappointment.com. I am happily your billing, scheduling, and therapy point person.

United Behavioral Health, Blue Cross Blue Shield, self pay.
HOURS OF OPERATION:
Monday through Thursday 8am-6pm
I am not available for crisis response or as an emergency service. If you are in crisis please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
